Chrissy Wood is a top-producing real estate broker in the Columbia Gorge, known for her expertise in selling large farms, timberlands, commercial assets, and distinctive residential properties. She lives and breathes real estate, and brings a rare combination of market intelligence, strategic marketing, and genuine care to every client relationship.
Like most things she commits to, Chrissy strives to make the buying or selling process the absolute best experience possible for her clients. She conducts her business with sincerity and integrity, while always making room for a splash of fun along the way. Working with buyers, sellers, and clients relocating to and from the Columbia Gorge has been one of the most rewarding chapters of her career—evidenced by the many clients who have become lasting friends.
Chrissy’s connection to real estate began early. She grew up around development and construction, with her mother serving as President of a large construction company in the Seattle area. Before transitioning into real estate and relocating to the Columbia Gorge, Chrissy built a successful career in marketing, advertising, and client management. She led large-scale TV, digital, and print campaigns across the U.S. for Fortune 500 companies including T-Mobile, Nordstrom Corporate, and Alaska Airlines.
That background gives Chrissy a distinct edge. Her understanding of branding, negotiation, and positioning allows her to thoughtfully market complex and high-value properties, advocate effectively for her clients, and navigate transactions with clarity and confidence. Whether working with lifestyle buyers, investors, or land stewards, Chrissy approaches each opportunity with strategy, precision, and heart.
Outside of real estate, Chrissy and her family are deeply rooted in the Columbia Gorge lifestyle. She and her husband Brock enjoy raising their two children, Jackson and Brynn, while spending as much time as possible outdoors—hiking, skiing, biking, fishing, and exploring the region they call home. They are also owners of Trout Lake Cozy Cabins, a boutique lodging property in Trout Lake, Washington, which further reflects Chrissy’s passion for place, hospitality, and community.
