Zoe has 20 years of trusted experience in the real estate business in The Columbia Gorge. She knows more about the local history of most markets and houses than just about anyone (especially in Trout Lake) and is truly a wealth of knowledge—she knows the “dirt” as she says. Growing up her father had one of the largest lumber mills in The Gorge located in Trout Lake (Hollenbeck Lumber Co.). She knows her stuff when it comes to timber properties, types of trees, and large acreage properties. She has also been very successful in her own real estate dealings and is knowledgeable about creating subdivisions, rentals, and farm lands. Not to mention in her real estate career she has closed hundreds of transactions successfully with both buyers and sellers.
Zoe has a pure heart of gold and a personality that just about everyone seems to love. Many of her clients look up to her as a mother-like figure because she treats each and every client like one of her own. In her spare time she enjoys watching her grandkids, caring for her horses (she was an avid endurance rider for years), and mushroom picking in the big Gifford Pinchot National Forest.
