We met Lindsey for the first time at an open house. We were browsing homes during our free time on the weekends, not entirely sure if we were ready to buy yet. Jen Dillard is an amazing person! In 2017 Jen helped my wife and I sell our previous residence and purchase a new home in Woodinville, WA.

To be honest, at first we were a bit wishy-washy about moving. We saw one specific house that we adored and went all in on a contingent offer, with Jen's help. Unfortunately it got swooped up by a cash buyer. It was at this point where Jen showed us her house magic!

Jen went above and beyond to help us fix up and stage our house to sell, including managing all appointments with service contractors. We coordinated closely and attracted dozens of groups in for open houses. Once we "secured" a buyer for our house, Jen helped us nail down our dream home immediately and settle in with zero issues. Which is truly amazing, as the buyer's agent was so incredibly racist, sexist, and just plain bad at his job. Jen suffered this jerk's abuse until we ultimately had to instead coordinate with the agent's manager to complete the transaction.

I cannot stress enough exactly how amazing Jen handled our specific situation. We WOULD NOT have been successful without her. Not to mention, she did it all even as she was moving her own family from Washington to Oregon, and selling her own house!

Tammy has a kind heart and is very detail oriented. She has great business acumen that helps connect potential buyers and sellers in a market with little or no inventory. After Tammy knew about our tough situation in a seller's market, she reached out to a potential seller and quickly secured a deal that both buyer and seller are happy about.
